Short course to improve employability

This is a project-based program allowing participants to develop employability, teamwork, literacy, communication, computer and numeracy skills. The program is designed for people who want to continue with further study at a Certificate 1 or 2 level, or those wishing to gain entry into employment.

There will be a series of four projects during the semester. Participants do not need to enrol in all four projects. However, to achieve the unit of competencies embedded in each project, you would need to attend for the entire duration of each individual project.

18 week program. Face to face classes at Pundulmurra Campus, South Hedland. 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), 5 hours each day

Commencing Tuesday 25 July

As individual student enrolment options vary, price is dependent on which project(s) participants wish to enrol in, or if they want to attend the entire program (ranging from under $50 for 1 project, to under $180 for the entire program). IBN can assist with course expenses. Contact the Community Programs team to find out more.
