New Community Programs Handbook: Effective July 1, 2019.
Each year IBN consults with the membership to ensure our Community Programs continue to meet the changing needs of the IBN Community.
As a result, a new Community Programs Handbook and application forms will come into effect at the start of the new financial year on July 1, 2019.
A copy of the new handbook, a letter summarising key changes and some important forms have been posted to members.
