Community Programs

IBN provides a range of programs and services to improve lives of the IBN Community.

How to apply

Step 1

Choose the Community Program you need.

The Community Programs Handbook provides a brief summary of what is available under each program. For detailed information about our programs, eligibility criteria and how to apply click the program links on the right, or call the Community Programs team on 1800 014 401.

Step 2

Download and complete the application form

Make sure you fill in everything and include any paperwork we might need to approve your application.

If your registered address with IBN does not match the address on the application form you will need to complete the Update Personal Details form before we can process your application.

Step 3

Send your completed application form to IBN.

In person, visit our South Hedland, Tom Price or Karratha offices.

Step 4

IBN will contact you to let you know the outcome of your application. Waiting times are different for each program; these are listed under each Community Program. Check the waiting time before calling IBN.

Step 5

Not happy with the outcome? You can Appeal a decision.
