You will be working with ICT group. You will need some key knowledge areas to assist with the delivery of ICT tasks and maintain day to day operations of the ICT function.

Essential candidate requirements

  • MS windows navigation skills
  • Knowledge of MS office suites e. Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with Windows applications
  • Exposure to software and OS installation
  • Basic hardware administration skills
  • Technical support for phone services (mobile and landline)
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • A thorough understanding of Aboriginal people and communities
  • Excellent work ethic and the ability to work unsupervised
  • Professional, flexible, discrete and confidential
  • Class C drivers

Desirable skills, attributes and experience

  • Knowledge of IPEC LG desk phone and PABX system and its configurations
