Marianne has worked as a governance and legal practitioner for more than 15 years, working extensively in the construction and infrastructure sectors.  She runs her own law practice, Ethica Legal Solutions, where she works with corporations as a trusted business adviser to support businesses develop common sense solutions that provides not just the best commercial outcome but also an ethical one.

Marianne was a NAWIC Crystal Vision Finalist and was named in the #CelebratingWomen campaign. She has a background in advocacy and mentoring in governance and public policy. Women in Leadership awarded Marianne with a scholarship for their Advanced Women in Leadership Program, which reinforces the Executive and Organisational Coaching qualifications she has already achieved.

Marianne received her BA/ LLB (Hons) from Monash University, and a Masters of Law from Melbourne University Law School.

Marianne has a passion for personal ethics training and study.  This enables her to bring emotional intelligence, integrity, and innovation to the client experience.
