IBN would like to inform all Members of the upcoming office closures for the holiday period. Please note, the office closures will affect application processing times.

Any Member applications should be submitted before 4:30pm Monday 15 December 2025. Applications received after this time will not be processed until IBN reopens in 2026.

All IBN offices will be closed from 12:00pm Friday 19 December 2025 and will reopen at 8:30am Monday 19 January 2026.
