By taking part in IBN’s 2026 Member Survey, you’re helping to shape our 2026/2027 Community Programs and improve the services IBN provides.
Survey Details
The survey will be open from Monday 23 March to Friday 17 April, closing at 11:59pm. The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Some questions include optional comment sections – we’d love to hear your thoughts if you’d like to share them.
Thank You Payment
As a thank you, all members who complete and submit the survey during this time will receive $100, paid onto your Member Card. If you don’t have a Card or would like another arrangement, please contact IBN offices to request.
What You'll Need
To complete this survey, you will need your Member Number, which can be found on your Member Survey email or SMS. If you are unsure of your number, please log in to the Member Portal or contact us on (08) 9140 0900.
