The Community Programs Handbook provides an overview of the programs available through IBN, including key information about the types of support available and any eligibility requirements. IBN’s Member Services team are available to assist with detailed explanations and help Members with the application process.

Alongside the Community Programs, IBN has Service Delivery teams in our three Pilbara offices (South Hedland, Tom Price, Karratha) and Perth, with Field Officers who provide practical support to Members. Our Intensive Support Office provides case management and connects Members with other funded services such as government agencies, insurance providers, charities, and more.
