NOTICE OF IBN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

This is an important notice regarding COVID-19 and your participation in the meeting.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting of members of IBN Corporation as trustee of the IBN Charitable Assistance Foundation is to be held at 1:00pm (WST) on Saturday, 14 November 2020.

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact the way we live, the safety of our members and the requirements for social distancing. In response to government travel restrictions, limits on numbers available to attend any meeting space and the potential health risks arising from the pandemic, this year the IBN Annual General Meeting will be held virtually. There will not be a physical meeting where members can attend, but members can participate in the AGM online.

The online platform will allow all members to participate in the Annual General Meeting, ask questions during the meeting and register their attendance. Further details on how to participate online will be made available to you including details of your own personal login. Members will be able to access the meeting through https://web.lumiagm.com/161077053

We also encourage members to submit questions for the Board before the meeting so that any common questions can be identified and responded to during the meeting. Questions may be submitted at any time by emailing them through to agm@ibngroup.com.au

The Chair will endeavour to address as many of the more frequently raised relevant questions as possible. However, there may not be sufficient time at the AGM to address all of the questions raised. Please note that individual responses will not be sent to any member.

Members will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the AGM via a live question facility. We will attempt to respond to as many of these on the day that we can.

Attendees to the virtual AGM will receive sitting fees as per usual policy. Half day sitting fees of $250 per member will be paid to the member’s nominated bank account within seven business days after the meeting.
