IBN Member Consultation Meeting 2026
IBN would like to advise Members of our annual Member Consultation Meeting (MCM), to be held at Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday 31 October 2026, commencing at 9:00am.
Members can attend in-person and online. Registrations will be open from 8:30am to 11:00am AWST on 31 October.
Attend In-Person
IBN is negotiating special Member rates for accommodation in Perth for those travelling from outside the metro area to attend the MCM. More information will be available soon. If you would like to book early, please contact us via email: operationssupportservices@ibngroup.com.au
Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC) is located at 21 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000.

Paid parking is available at PCEC but spaces are not guaranteed. The car park is operated by the City of Perth and more information can be found here.

Online meeting links will be provided closer to the date of the MCM. Login credentials will be sent to Members via SMS the morning of the meeting.
Shared Device Viewing
Where Members are gathered together in one space to attend the meeting online using a shared device, the following arrangements will enable individual Members to register their attendance. If there are more than two Members sharing the device, the same steps will apply to each Member.
- Member 1 logs in and registers, then logs out
- Member 2 logs in and registers
- Members 1 and 2 remain connected to and participate in the meeting on Member 2’s log in
