Member Portal Update

We are currently in the process of developing a Member Portal for our members to improve the overall experience with accessing IBN programs and services, and to reduce processing times.

We are currently 50% through our member portal project and are working to implement this as soon as we can.

Some of the features that will be available in the member portal, will include the following:

  • Submit Community Programs applications
  • Track your fund balances and the status of your applications
  • Update your contact details
  • Apply for service delivery support
  • Apply for IBN membership
  • Track the status of membership applications
