Member Portal Update
Member Portal Launch Update
We are now only days away from launching the eagerly awaited IBN Members Portal on 1st October 2024.
We are pleased to be using Netsuite, a system used by over 40,000 companies worldwide, as the platform for our portal.
We have chosen Netsuite in part due to its superior data protection capabilities; NetSuite has round-the-clock monitoring with a dedicated security team backed by advanced tools, controls and policies to ensure strong data centre security. Your personally identifiable information is always secure, and NetSuite maintains ISO 27001 and 27018, PCI DSS, PA-DSS compliance, strong encryption, and robust password policies.
Your login details will be sent to you via text on Tuesday 1st October 2024
You will need to set a new password to access the portal. Make sure you are picking a password that is not easily identifiable and keep it private. Each member has a responsibility to ensure they don’t share sensitive log in or access information or give access to a mobile phones or other personal devices. If you share devices and log in information, you risk compromising your digital security.
Once you have logged into the portal for the first time, you will be able to access a series of instructional videos to help navigate your way around. If you have any issues with access or any further questions regarding the portal, please email the Operations Support Help desk OperationsSupportServices@ibngroup.com.au
