Members Important Information

Our new Programs Book is now out. Below is a summary of the Community Program updates which include:

Medical Travel: Members must apply for Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) prior to applying for Medical Travel – if declined, please provide the declined letter with your application.

Medical Appointment travel is only available if there are no suppliers in the location where the member lives or if the supplier does not provide the treatment required.

Purchasing card funds are only for day-to-day funds e.g. Cultural applications: food, fuel and accommodation (Receipts are required for accommodation applications).

Purchasing card: Legal, business and education funds will not be loaded to the Purchasing card. Members must apply with invoices and supporting documents.

Ecards will only be issued under exceptional circumstances.

Online orders will only be placed by IBN if suppliers are not based in the location of the member’s residence.
