Notice of Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation Annual General Meeting

  12. Special Resolution
    The purpose of the special resolution is to add a clause to enable Directors to be

paid for work done in connection to the Corporation’s business. The new rule to be read as:

Remuneration
7.38.3   reasonable additional remuneration for extra duties performed by an appointed Office Bearer or Director that is to be passed by resolution of the Directors of the Corporation.

  2. Nyiyaparli Shareholder.
    As informed by IBN at the 2023 AGM, NAC as a collective is the Nyiyaparli shareholder, not individual members. Members can forward their IBN issues and concerns to the NAC board for endorsement.

Up to date personal information

A change of address on or after the meeting day will not alter your payment band. Members are encouraged to ensure any changes to personal details are returned to the IBN office at least two weeks PRIOR to the meeting. Please note any changes to addresses within the notice period of this meeting will be requested to be accompanied by a supporting utility bill or equal document which verifies the address of the individual.

Payments

All meeting expenses: Travel, Sitting Fees, Accommodation and Incidentals will be paid In accordance with the IBN Group Travel Policy:

 

NO CASH will be paid at this meeting, all entitlements will be paid into your bank account, by IBN, within 7 business days of the meeting.
