Purchasing Card Update
IBN would like to advise that some Member Purchasing Cards will be reaching their 3-year expiry in 2026 and 2027.
There’s no need to worry – you do not need to submit a new application or request a replacement card.
IBN will automatically arrange your replacement card for you.
Your new card will be sent out approximately one month before your current card expires, along with a letter that explains everything you need to know about activating and using it. If you’re unsure of your card expiry date, you can find it printed on the front of your physical card.
To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure your contact details, including postal address and phone number, are up to date with IBN. You can let us know of any changes to your postal address by updating in the Member Portal, or contacting IBN.
