Household Essentials Relief Payment Available to Eligible Members

The IBN Board and Executive Team recognise the challenges that IBN Members are currently facing. To assist, they have approved a one-off relief payment of $1500.00 for eligible IBN Members.

This payment can be accessed via the Household Essentials program, where Members can apply under normal processes. To receive this payment, Members must apply – it will not be automatically allocated.

Online and paper applications can be submitted from Monday 9 March 2026. Applications are closed until this time.

Please note: this is a one off relief payment and not a regular increase.

Members are encouraged to contact Member Services if they have any questions or need support with their application.
