AGM Deferment FAQ

Q: I drove to Hedland to attend the AGM before the announcement was made to defer the AGM. What can I claim?
A: Send a tax invoice for your fuel costs through to IBN AGM agm@ibngroup.com.au IBN will pay the travel allowance as per the IBN travel policy.

A: Send a copy of your ticket through to IBN AGM agm@ibngroup.com.au. IBN will refund the cost of your ticket. If you have already arrived in Hedland, you will be paid your allowances according to the Policy (camping, meals, and incidentals)

Q: I paid for plane tickets to attend the AGM. I was able to get a credit for them, but I will be charged a rebooking fee and a higher fare.
A: Send a copy of your ticket through to IBN AGM agm@ibngroup.com.au. IBN will refund the cost of your ticket and any rebooking charges. When you rebook to come to the next AGM, IBN would have already refunded the cost of the ticket. When the AGM is rescheduled IBN will cover any additional costs that re booking may incur only but not another full allowance.

Q: I have a bus ticket to Hedland to attend the AGM that was not flexible (I couldn’t change the date of travel)
A: Send a copy of your ticket through to IBN AGM agm@ibngroup.com.au IBN will refund the cost of your ticket.

Q: I paid for accommodation on my way to the AGM when the deferment announcement was made? What can I claim?
A: Send a copy of your accommodation tax invoice through to IBN AGM agm@ibngroup.com.au. IBN will pay the accommodation allowance as per the IBN travel policy.

Q: What if I don’t have the right receipts or documents to make a claim?
