Dear Members,

Our CEO, Dale Brown’s, contract expires at the end of February 2024. Following that Dale will be moving back to Perth and is looking forward to the opportunity to spend more time with his Perth based family.

Dale has made a significant contribution to IBN during his tenure including improvements in the processing of members claims, introduction of the card payment system, upgrading the telephone system, being actively involved in the development of the new strategic plan, restructuring of IBN to provide more efficient and cost-effective services, consolidating IMMS and IBNS, standardising and improving processes and upgrading of policies and procedures to provide greater clarity to staff and members.

The Board acknowledges and thanks Dale for his commitment and contribution to date and for his positive commitment to continuing to ensure the initiatives that he has commenced will continue through the final months of his contract.

The Board has begun the process of recruiting a new CEO to enable a timely and effective handover from Dale early in the new year.
