The decision to appoint Co-Chairs was based on boosting IBN’s leadership capacity through complimentary knowledge, skills and experience, and for each to provide specific focus on the diverse aspects of IBN’s strategic direction, governance and member needs. 

• The diversity of skills required as the IBN Board oversees significant strategic and operational changes designed to improve member outcomes and provide for future generations.
• Provide a blend of knowledge and skills for internal and external focus.
• Assist with effective engagement with increasingly diverse stakeholders in different geographic regions.

Christina and Geoff have agreed allocations of roles and responsibilities, some of which are shared and are looking forward to working together on the exciting opportunities for IBN and its members.
