In March, Shine Lawyers will hold free drop-in information sessions in the Pilbara region, providing communities with the opportunity to speak to the lawyers running the Stolen Wages WA Class Action.

How to register for settlement
Registrations for the WA Stolen Wages Class Action before 14 November 2023, must be completed again to be considered for the class action settlement.
To register for the class action settlement, group members can:
- Attend an information session and fill out a registration form;
- Fill out the registration form online using the “Register for settlement” button below; or
- Call our free phone number on 1800 976 150.
The deadline to register and be considered for the class action settlement is 30 June 2024.
